Historically, parents have been considered stakeholders in the parent-education-business trifecta. They're the ones generating the grunt workers (i.e. kids) and whipping them into shape whenever schools or businesses complain. The problem with that is that parents are also prone to yanking their kids from less profitable or viable systems, just like any other stakeholder.
