Auntie Boshfenk is nearly evil but the real-life manager she is based on was just a flawed human being who happened to be rather high and mighty with a reverse opinion of underlings. What I found particularly difficult, however, was the way she affected a twinkly, warm and cozy manner, so that you never quite knew where you were with her! It's no accident that Auntie has a serpent's body!
