Hard drugs are not all that funny, but I do find legals highs quite amusing, especially the funny forms they come in. Someone I knew used to sell helium from balloons at festivals and the incongruous image of a dealer with clown balloons made me laugh and in turn inspired this story. Hope you find it amusing too.
