Some statistics I found for the 1800’s state about 300 babies of every 1000 born would die before the age of 5. Furthermore, child labour was popular..with kids as young as 4 working in factories. Wikipedia says that in 1891, 22% of children aged 10-14 were working in the UK, some working 12 hours a day! Yikes ! Also, unrelated.. YEAH MINA get your flirt on girl!
