Many people believe that the urban legend of the Elevator Game first came from South Korea, although the earliest mention is actually from Japan. In 2006 there was a massive investigation into the manufacturing of elevators in Japan after a 16-year-old student was killed after taking an elevator. Poor maintenance were at fault for the accident. Please do not try this game. Thanks to Stars Atnight
