*Guarantã and Guarocaia are two species of trees, natural from Brazil - both very used for construction. "Capão", on the title of the chapter, is a word from Brazilian Portuguese that is used to refer to woods or forests that have a round shape. "Grande" means "big". So, it would be something like "Big round woods". We chose not to translate, as it is regional vocabulary and the name of the farm.
