Highschool is already an awkward and difficult time for teenagers. But it's even harder when you're the only tulip in a garden of roses. Dillan was born autistic which already made him stand out but it gets more complicated when his family suspects he's now developing a neurological disorder known as "Tourette's." While it seems the entire world is bent on making Dillan feel singled out, there are still people who are more than ready to accept him as he is and love him unconditionally.
