The Tumandok (AKA Suludnon) are the native Philippine people living in the mountains of Panay Island who continually struggle against government oppression. This installment is styled after the Peanuts comic strip, drawn by Charles Schulz from 1950 to 2000. Peanuts was its most emotionally charged during the 1960s when depicting failure, anxiety, and bullying.
