When researching for episodes 69 and 70, I found out México City has a lot of abandoned old cinemas. I went down a list, looking for a good one to use, and I stumbled upon Cine Eden. It was later renamed as John Ford Cinema, which made googling for info and pictures much more difficult. I was about to give up on it when I found out it had briefly been repurposed as a strip club, and raided by the police for operating with a restaurant license. It was so absurd that I had to use it. I wanted to see pictures of the interiors because I couldn't imagine HOW they made it work (the article said they had "a dance floor, and a bar on the second floor, and rooms for private engagements on the third" but no mention of the first floor anywhere.) I did some more digging and apparently a production company redid the interiors and is using the place for commercial shoots. That's how I finally saw the interior.
