Sometimes i am amazed by things that are so basic i almost feel stupid lmao but especially after my eating disorder, my perception of my body changed a lot! When i was underweight i noticed how much my body and its need influenced my mind: the cravings, the obsessive thoughts, everything was a signal from my body. It almost felt like it was a being of its own!1
