anxiety to me is overwhelming, loud, heavy. it’s dark but, at the same time, full of bright and intense colors, so bright that make you blind and put out anything else around. it’s an incredible force that i feel aching in my chest, in the middle. maybe it’s the lungs where it lives? i don’t know, i just know that when i’m feeling anxious my chest feels as if it’s being pressed
