Just a little snippet of information today, along with an illustration of the reproductive organs of some generic fungus! Yet because we see mushrooms poking out of the ground similarly to plants, we think they're closer cousins. And of course there are entirely too many people who think fungi ARE plants. Consider this my first attempt at showing people that these are two separate kingdoms!
