I do a lot of full tasks, but even small tasks are equally taxing on my mind. Anxiety boosts it 10x as well. And, since I am still recovering, some things aren't habit yet. Taking care of myself involves building good habits, but those habits don't form instantly. So until they are habit, they are just on my list of daily tasks.
