Lately I’ve realized how, while working out, I’m so in the moment I only think about the number of reps or how much my muscles hurt (in a good way) lol. It’s great not worrying about any of my usual frustrations, even if it’s only for a couple of hours a week. And afterwards I feel more relaxed too :)
