I HAVE BEEN WAITING TO DROP THIS PAGE FOR SO LONG YOU HAVE NO IDEA So yes, the Tapus have human forms. Depending on the Tapu, they’ll wander around human circles for various amounts of time, whether that’s to observe people, talk to someone in particular, or, in this case, drop off a Z-Ring without drawing too much attention. I can’t wait to get into the Tapu lore later on.
