For those unaware, Sephardic is the term for Jews whose roots trace back to Spain (or, as the country's called in Hebrew, "Sepharad"). After the Inquisition, many Jews fled Spain and ended up in Jerusalem, among other places. Grace herself isn't Sephardic though, she's Ashkenazi (meaning her family is from Eastern, not Western, Europe).
