"Transgender" is not itself a gender, but refers to the way a person may experience being their gender. A trans woman is a woman, and her experience of being a woman is a transgender one. As you can see, the tick boxes are a little confused, but they've definitely got the spirit! If you are trying to be inclusive of people who are neither man nor woman, the third option you require is "nonbinary".
