What do you chant when you play Janken? (Rock, Paper, Scissors) On Oʻahu, we say "Junk anna Po!" which is basically a butchering of the Japanese "Janken pon" because none of us knew what we were actually saying. "Janken" devolved into "Junk and a Pole!" in Kauaʻi, and another version became "Junk annna munk, anna socka socka po!" on the Big Island.
