I know I say this a lot, but I love myth and folklore. It really helps with stuff like this. This is another yokai, this time the Futakuchi-onna aka the two mouth woman. Pretty much a yokai that uses her hair as tentacles to feed a second mouth that appears on the back of their head. Anyway I hope y'all are staying safe, healthy, and awesome!
