The previous pregnancy only lasted a week as Chubgirl felt cramps that only got worse. The excitement of the second pregnancy was quickly replaced by constant anxiety of another miscarriage. Every time Chubgirl said her stomach hurt I was just preparing myself for the worst case scenario. I knew we had to make it past the first trimester, that’s when the chance of miscarriage dropped significantly
