A lot of people seem to think they have a magic cure when it comes to mental health. But the truth is you can only ever do what works for you. For some people, they can go for a walk and feel better. Some people take meds, or meditate, or need to make time with friends and it will help their feelings of anxiety or depression. For me it can be doing something creative. It's okay to be different!
