Finding the elemental crystals are not a big deal in the exam. Sometimes it happens that somebody fails in it. Elemental crystals contain the power, which will upgrade the bearer. Pupils who found their crystals take a bath in the water where the crystal was melted. Those who can't find this can be for eg: Gardener or assistant. Those who found can be eg: Messenger, Smithy, Master even Leader.
