If anyone was wondering the crack represented Rock's inner pain and regret. This is because that in the flashbacks he was the reason that his brother disappeared. He has been holding on to that and in the end he lost him again. After finally letting his emotions flow he was able to accept this and the crack was gone. Also I might be taking a break soon because I have been pretty burnt out lately.
