To explain what Roseeta meant in the beginning. Twiggles and Shinx were knocked out because of Mars and her Perugly. They were resting at the school nurse last chapter. Another note: Roseeta tends to wake up way earlier than Piper. To give you an idea she tends to wake up 3 or 4 hours before the sun rises.
