The cube array is in disrepair, a sign that whoever maintains them doesn't give a shit. They have graffiti on them. There are children's toys around to indicate that people are forced to raise children in these conditions. Lit candles around one of the cubes to indicate that someone passed away and that people don't have a way to say goodbye except to memorialize their home.
