For some clarity: Luvart has no romantic interest in Powers and despises her, but as the embodiment of Anger and Hatred itself (or the daughter of such sin) she can't help also feeling drawn to powers. Wrath is framed as a good, healthy feeling among demons. To intensely hate someone is a show of devotion to them. So to Luvart, though she likes to deny it, feels both devoted and entitled to Powers
