Don’t you find it annoying that some service are just the worst? I did arrive by lunch time that moment (NOTE: They told me to call by 11AM to make sure the Technician is in). I can wait if they’ll tell me that the Technician was just having his break. But no, the moment I stepped in and asked for him, they told me he had an ‘emergency’ and when I fumed, he immediately popped out.
