It’s SAT time of year for high schools and we try to calm our students down by reassuring them that no tests actually define who we are. This is true in every level of education, yet it’s inevitable, whenever we teachers get just ONE “Improvement Needed” on our teacher evaluations, no matter how good the rest of the evals are, WE GO NUTS and toss all that good advice out the window.
