My hyper mobility is specifically a symptom of what my doctors agree is hypermobile ehlers danlos syndrome, but if you exhibit these traits as well then you might just be a flexible person. Ehlers Danlos syndrome is pretty rare, and many doctors are taught “when you hear hoof steps, don’t think zebras” meaning to look for common explanations before assuming that someone has a rare affliction.
