If you want the recipe of my protein porridge: - Oat 60g. Mix it for a better texture. - Add 1 fruit, 1 little spoon of peanut butter, 200ml of vegetal milk (or regular milk) Mix it again. - Put in the microwave 1"30 Add your proteins + creatine (if you take some) Add fruits for decoration.
