If you're curious, Anno Mundi was a old callender system used initially my jewish and then early chirstian communities. It was supposed to track the age of the world, and would periodically be recalculated (often when they got close to the year 6000). Regional calculations could also vary a bit, but his birthday would be in the ballpark of 400 AD
