I love the process of creating Great Scott! I try to have fun. playing around with motion and expressions. A TON of my work is done on a clipboard and white paper just scribbling away. Once if have something that feels cool I'll scan and ink it in Clip studios. Then I load everything into Photoshop and create the scene moving in different elements. It's loose and it's fun.
