Kami-Con is at the literal centre of the universe, where times moves in mysterious ways, but Kami seems to still be able to read that clock, which shows that it's almost midnight, the beginning of the senate! I enjoyed working on this page quite a bit as well, it's great to show the buildings of the floating city again, I missed them somehow, even if it may be a bit of an odd thing to miss!
