Welcome to Peep's story! Peeps was a Plymouth Rock chicken who was the only chick that hatched out of a large clutch of eggs (to avoid spoilers, I'm going to leave it at that for now :) ). Fun Facts on chickens: chicken eggs are most commonly brown or white, but there are some breeds that lay eggs with green or blue egg shells. Chicken eggs usually take 21 days to incubate.
