This is a cake that we actually made for Delikedis' birthday last month, getting information and inspiration from many different Japanese recipes and an awesome Youtube channel called Refika's Kitchen but we had to adjust and improvise with our own taste and knowledge of the original cake we love eating at a local cafe we use to go to. We also made chestnut candy with the paste (recipe included)😋
