I know myself and my depressive signs all too well. I’ve recently been really triggered, had to move my emotional support animal, and just have been having an overall horrible time, creating a downfall of bad stuff again (not eating, dissociating, not sleeping) and it just really sucks. :( As always, please watch over yourselves.
