Not everyone gets these, but when I start getting more anxious and into paranoia I start hearing things off in the distance. Muffled voices, doors opening and closing, keys jingling, engines running. All distant.
Sometimes when things get REALLY spicy I'll see things in the corner of my eye! It's like a haunted house everywhere I go! :D
