What happens in my energyfield when I meditate? You might notice you are constantly distracted and have the urge to go do this and that. But if you stay and push on, you'll calm down bit by bit. And that feeling of flight from everything, will easy down. You were busy rescuing yourself, you were fighting, alert to survive. You don't need to. You are okay. And now you realise you are okay!
