I'm not 100% sure on the neglect but the people who gave him to us lied to us and said he was a girl to get rid of him, he was thinner in the face a week ago when I adopted him, he shook violently in new environments and he leaned far away every time I tried to pet him. In this week he's done so much better , he LOVES his snuggles now and he loves exploring in our woods!
