Anger can be an explosive emotion, and it would be best to learn how to control it. When we get angry, it is mostly because we know we are being treated unfairly, and we know we deserve better. Instead of fighting physically, I believe you should call authorities or walk away from the situation. Talk reasonably at some point, or say nothing at all and go about your merry way. Much love.
