I know everyone is probably stressed or upset right now. Focus on happy things. Your friends and loved ones. Play your favorite games and have fun with the people you care about. Do not focus on dreading what tomorrow might bring or what you cannot control. Clinging to negativity will just make it harder to leave that headspace. It will keep you off balance. If you cling to that negativity, it will cling right back and be hard to shake off.
