We are updating how you log in to our services. WEBTOON ACCOUNT will be our unified account for login across our offerings that are and will become compatible.

WEBTOON ACCOUNT is currently expected to launch around September 14, 2026. Starting from the same date, to keep using the WEBTOON service, you will need to transition your current login to a WEBTOON ACCOUNT. As part of this transition, our WEBTOON service Terms of Use and Privacy Policy will be updated, and the new WEBTOON ACCOUNT Terms of Use and Privacy Policy will become effective around September 14, 2026, copies of which are attached here. Our Children's Privacy Policy, which applies to children under 13 in the United States, will also be updated and will take effect on the same date, a copy of which is also attached. Starting around September 14, 2026, you will be able to review and agree to the new terms by opening the updated WEBTOON App or visiting the WEBTOON website.

Please note that the expected date of the transition is subject to change. For the finalized date, please check this notice page on or after September 1, 2026.

If you do not agree to transition to WEBTOON ACCOUNT, you will lose access to our WEBTOON service and its features, including the ability to:

• access episodes you have unlocked or downloaded;

• purchase or redeem Coins;

• leave comments, or

• view reading history and title subscription.
