Thanks so much for taking part in the recent poll! Your feedback has been super helpful. We’ve noticed that a few of you might be having trouble with notifications, especially for episodes with reward ads.

If you’re only getting notifications for the free episodes and not for the ones with ads, or if you’re having any other notification issues, we could really use your help! Please send in a report so the team can look into it and fix things up.

Here’s how you can do it:

1. Head over to this link: https://webtoon.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
2. Select 'Other'
3. Subject line: Reward Ads Notification CANVAS
Include as much info as possible, like the series name, when the issue happens, and any screenshots you’ve got.
