I recently got into hidden gems :) I used to want to read abt the thoughts of those who got it but they were never shared often. On the first day, I was just dazed and stare at the supermarket and think of what to buy.
I had wanted to be on hidden gems front page ever since I started out. I experienced all the emotions authors usually feel and I see other people get it. While I just keep rowing my boat. When will it be my turn? Is it really true only fresh comics get noticed and not ‘old’ ones?. Or the popular themes? Or perfect ones? On the 3rd year, I gave up thinking I will get in front page. Sub numbers gradually changed to being concerned about completion.

I managed when I see my readers comments and my excitement to reach certain parts of the story. I started this project because I wanted to get some themes across and I did so. Hidden gems meant sth to me, naysayers roasted me once that I am not a hidden gem, not perfect blahblah, I pride myself for not quitting then! 😭
