I was making this for a manga competition back in October, and seeing that offline events were finally coming back for fighting games, I decided to make a celebration of that. However, after reading the deadline wrong and realising I'd already missed it by 15 days, my passion to finish it withered away. So I decided to post it before it becomes any less relevant. Nonetheless, I learned a lot!
