Deep in the crime-ridden city of Meridian, a large gang, the Late Night Hustlers, control the streets. They watch over drug hustling, weapon handling, almost anything illegal you can think of. One fateful night, a member of the gang is murdered in cold blood by a corrupt police officer. Whilst trying to get his revenge, Russ makes a destined trip to meet the infamous hacker, Aleksandr, that would forever change his life.
