Creator
Phones and the internet have been the greatest invention to talk to people from around the world. As more people migrate between countries, cities, and neighborhoods, being a call away removes much of that distance. A blackout severs that connection. Countries and nations use these blackouts against people to limit conversations and block them from sharing vital information about their status.
