Nico's fault. He isn't blaming anyone. Keon mentioned intermediate tires- It's a tire that can be used in both dry and wet tracks. Unlike slick tires, intermediates has grooves on them to drive the water away (normal tires on cars are kinda similar that's why they can be used in both dry and wet) Since the HS team is on a budget, they were using the unused intermediate tires instead of slicks.
