Always talk if somethings on your mind, it really helps to sort out your emotions and calm down. Everyone’s gotta let them out at some point. Is there something you do or eat/drink when you need to calm down? For me listening to music and daydreaming always do the job. And if that doesn’t help I can always rant write/vent draw to music.
