Childhood friends Kate and Dylan lose touch over time after Dylan moves away. He finally moves back after several years but somethings changed about him. There are too many gaps to fill trying to understand the new him and how he became that way. Kate tries her best to stick by him but she soon discovers she can only take so many blows and she starts to see that maybe the person she used to know is actually gone for good. Will she finally accept that and let him go?
